We’re pleased to congratulate the team at Lumley Castle in Durham on successfully completing the STA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF).
Delivered over several days, this in-depth course gave staff the confidence and competence to respond to a variety of medical situations that could arise in a busy hospitality setting. From treating wounds and dealing with unconscious casualties to learning how to use an AED, the training covered all the essentials needed to handle first aid emergencies with clarity and care.
Set within the stunning and historic surroundings of Lumley Castle, the group brought enthusiasm and focus to every session. Their commitment to safety and preparedness reflects the high standards of service they deliver every day.
