PSN Training is a UK-based training provider offering accredited and regulated First Aid and Pool Responder courses. Our business is operated by Paul Nickson and based in Alnwick, Northumberland.
2. Course Bookings
- All courses can be booked online via our website.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Your place on a course is only secured once payment has been received.
3. Course Availability and Cancellations
- PSN Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum attendance numbers are not met.
- In such cases, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your booking to an alternative course date.
- If you are unable to attend a course you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made by the participant may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the notice period given.
4. On-Site Training Enquiries
- If you enquire about training delivered at your workplace, we may request further information about your site and requirements.
- All quotations for on-site training are provided based on your enquiry and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- If you contact us via email or an online enquiry form, your details will only be used to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required to do so.
- We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information secure in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
